All connections lost

I've been having problems with Twitter cards not showing for the last week or so and have followed your suggestions to fix it but nothing cured it so in desparation I deactivated and reactivated the plugin. Now I can't connect to any of my social media accounts and my saved posts have disappeared....help!!

Update - I logged in on my iPad and it looks ok there but not on my laptop - might be a caching problem?

May I ask you if it’s possible that you are logged in with another WordPress user on your laptop?
Please note that Blog2Social works WordPress user-based, which means that all settings and network connections can be defined for each WordPress user individually. If you have configured everything for user A, but log in with user B, you won't see your connections.

Regarding your Twitter cards request:
You mentioned in this thread that it worked out. Please also be aware that Twitter will always display the information they find in the source code of your link since Blog2Social just sends your link towards them. After that, Twitter tries to fetch the necessary information (“twitter:image”) from your links source code.

Thanks for your reply - the lost connections were restored when I purged the cache but the missing image on Twitter posts is still happening - it started a couple of weeks ago, then it seemed to go back to working ok, but a couple of days later the images stopped working again. The odd thing is that if I repost old posts that were originally ok, the image shows - it's just new posts that are not showing images. I've not chaged anything on my site and have followed your guidelines to find a solution but nothing seems to work. I hope you can help.

Please be so kind as to answer in your initially created thread. It also would be great if you could attach a screenshot of your Twitter post templates in Blog2Social so I’m able to take a closer look.
