        Hello Graham,

Thank you so much for your reply and thanks for describing your request.

I received the following information for the IT experts of Blog2Social according to your Instagram account and the individual situation for every account constellation:

In your case, the official Facebook API responded:
        “A permission issue”

        Original Facebook response:
"The application has no authorization for this action."

The following solution resolved this behavior for customers with a similar issue on Facebook/Instagram:

        Solution:
Check the Blog2Social app settings in Facebook Business Integrations and make sure all Facebook pages are selected.

You also can use the following link which will guide you to the "Business Integrations" section:

Please be so kind as to retest this process and make sure to adjust your settings accordingly.

If you still face any issues, it would be awesome if you could create a screen recording of the process of how you proceed with the mentioned steps on Facebook so we could try to observe the proceeded steps and settings from within Facebook.

You can provide us with these video links via a private message in the community in order to protect your privacy.

Also, feel free to let me know if this solution solved your request or if you require further assistance regarding this matter.

I am looking forward to your reply.

        Best regards
        Alexander

            Hello Graham,

Thank you so much for providing this screen recording.

I checked it for you and could see that you have checked your Business integration settings. They seem to be currently configured, but there is still an authorization/ permission issue with your account constellation occurring within Facebook.

Please note: This behavior is not caused by Blog2Social.

Therefore, I would recommend removing the Blog2Social business integration and re-add it afterward by re-connecting to Blog2Social. Also make sure that all required permissions are assigned as required.

If you face any unintended behavior again, it would be very helpful if you could recreate a screen recording showing the complete process and not only your settings since the process is essential to resolve the behavior you are facing within Facebook.

Please be so kind as to retry the process by following these steps.

Thank you for your effort and understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

            Best regards
            Alexander
