  • Double post

I have a smart package for two pages: https://www.top.medjimurje.info/ and https://www.medjimurje.info/. On both sites Autoposter is off. All my post are always scheduled and I allways made post on Social Media Posts. When I only have one post a day everything is fine and Social Media Post make one post with my description., When I have two or more timed posts and put them in the Social Media Posts it always makes a double post : one with the description that I put in the Social Media Post and another with the automatically generated description. How to prevent it because I only want one post with a description that I entered?
    Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

Would you please be so kind as to provide us with a short video screen recording where you show your networks overview in Blog2Social and then how you proceed to share your content in Blog2Social?

Please also attach a WordPress-URL of a post that was published and please attach the links to the duplicated posts on social media.

This would be very helpful in order to be able to follow your steps and look further into this for you.

Otherwise we would need a detailed description of how you proceed in Blog2Social step by step and all screenshots of this process in order to be able to follow your steps which would likely require more preparation from your side.

Thank you for your effort and your understadning.

I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards
    Alexander
