Two users unable to share social media posts

My supervisor set up a Blog2social account on our Wordpress site. The idea was that both of us could share posts on instagram/facebook/X - but the account is not recognizing me as a user who can make posts. Instead it keeps asking me to connect to a new account on socials rather than the pages associated with the organization.

I’m not sure I understand you correctly. Would it be possible for you to describe in more detail—and with the help of screenshots—where exactly you need support?

Is the issue that your user account and your supervisor’s account are not automatically connected to the same social media accounts?
Or are you having trouble connecting social media accounts in your Blog2Social “Networks” overview?

Please be aware that Blog2Social works WordPress user-based which means that all social media connections and settings can be configured for each WordPress user individually.
