in Best Time Manager there + -button to delays in days (i hope to know what is this? and what is the benfits? what is mean by delay in days??)

There are a couple of different settings you can adjust in the Best Time Manager:

In general, a delay in days means that you can define to share your posts on different days.

If you have multiple network accounts and you don't want to share your post on all of them on the same day, you can define a delay of days. For example, if you have a Facebook profile and a page and you want to share your post on your profile at the best time on the day of publishing and on your page at the best time in the afternoon on the next day.
