Scheduled Posts showing post ID instead of slug

Hi,
I scheduled the following post (via the Add New Post section of Wordpress) to post at a scheduled time: https://rcmicrox.news/2020/06/pro-li...i-t-2-0-tyres/
However when I go to "Social Media Posts > Share Posts" it only sets itself with the post ID, not the slug.

As a result the resulting Twitter post shows a ?p=xxx URL rather than the slug url: https://twitter.com/rcmicroxnews/sta...71735867768832

Does anyone know of a way I can schedule a post in WP and have the resulting social media scheduled posts use the slug rather than the post id?

Thank you so much for reaching out. The Blog2Social plugin always uses the existing link of your blog article at the time of scheduling. If you plan social media posts for blog posts that have not yet been published on WordPress, Blog2Social will use the WordPress preview link (internal ID) as this is the only reliable link at that point.


As soon as your post is published on WordPress, Blog2Social can use the permalink (friendly URL). All social media posts that you schedule after your blog post is published, will be shared with the permalink.
