    Hello,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

Would you please be so kind as to answer a few short questions so I could look further into this for you?
    • Do you publish existing posts with Blog2Social or do you use the “Create a social media post” function?
    • Which image format, resolutions and which file sizes are used?
    • On which social media networks did you publish your content and observed this behavior?
Please be so kind as to provide us with a shared social media link where your image is missing, and attach a URL of the shared WordPress post that contains the image.

    Thank you for your understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards
    Alexander

      Thanks Alexander,
this happened when I choose an existing old post via the 'Share post' option in the menu.
For example I select this post https://www.presentationpoint.com/bl...in-powerpoint/
When I click then 'share on social media', then I see the correct image. Mostly here I delay the publication of the post via 'Share for scheduled dates' and I choose a day or a couple of days in the future. When it is published then e.g. 2 days later, it shows no picture on e.g. facebook. That screenshot was included in my first message here.

        Hello,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

The behavior that you have described seems to be related to your optimization/caching settings that are active in your WordPress envrionment.
Also, the troubleshooting tool report shows a notification in relation to the used Wordfence Security plugin in Blog2Social.

In general, you should make sure to avoid limiting the Blog2Social plugin with external WordPress optimization or security plugins that are active in your WordPress installation or set in your server environment.

Proper access is often also blocked by installed security plugins or additional firewalls on the server-side as well.

Please be so kind as to adjust your caching settings as well as your security settings, and also check your template settings in Blog2Social for Facebook. Make sure that the option for “Instant caching” is disabled. (temporarily disabling individual settings, one at a time, can help you identify the corresponding setting that is related to your mentioned behavior.

Afterward, please retest this case and provide us with the shared social media link on Facebook and the original WordPress post that was shared on Facebook.

Thank you for your effort and understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

        Best regards
        Alexander
