Image Gallery doesn't open

Hi, I'm trying to create an image post. But the image gallery won't open so that I can select/upload an image. See the following video: https://somup.com/c0f0Df4aT9

What should I do to figure out why it's not working?

There are multiple options that could cause such a behavior.

Have you tried to turn off your active browser extensions in case one is causing an incompatibility?
You could also try to use a private/ incognito tab in your browser in order to see if this resolves the case of viewing the page without active add-ons.

If case this does not resolve the behavior it is likely that one of your installed/active WordPress plugins in your environment is interfering with Blog2Social and causing such an incompatibility issue.

Since I cannot reproduce your described behavior in a clean test environment it seems to be caused somewhere on your website (for example, by other plugins or themes). An easy way to check if another plugin is causing this on your website is to use the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin from WordPress.

This plugin is intended for such cases and will perform a number of checks on your WordPress installation to detect common configuration errors and known issues, and also allows plugins and themes to add their own checks.
With the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin you can simulate to deactivate all plugins except Blog2Social and activate one after the other to see which plugin is causing this.

Please be so kind as to let me know afterward which extension or external WordPress plugin was causing this behavior ind your environment.

Thanks so much for your answer! And thanks SOOO much for the advice about Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin! That is awesome, I will have to use it when I have trouble on other sites as well!

So, I stumbled on the plugin immediately as it was the first one on my list. The plugin interfering is

AI Engine: ChatGPT Chatbot, Content Generator, GPT 3 & 4, Ultra-Customizable By Jordy Meow

I enabled Blog2Social and the image gallery was working properly, then I turned on AI Engine and it stopped working. I have turned on all my other plugins and theme and it works with everything else on.

AI Engine does a lot of stuff with the interface, so I bet that's where the problem lies.

I will report it to them as well, I don't know if you will also work to resolve it with them.

Thank you so much for your reply and this feedback.

Please note that Blog2Social has no influence over external plugins, and it would be required for you to get in touch with the AI Engine support to have this case checked for you.
Since this plugin seems to be overriding js/css code of other plugins they likely will be required to adjust their plugin code, so it is compatible with other plugins as Blog2Social.
