  • Social network connections fail

I have just signed up for the 30 day premium trial and find the social media connections to be maddening:

    1. I have changed my Instagram account to Business, yet when I try to connect B2S to Instagram the connection fails
    2. I succeeded in connecting Twitter via mobile to my B2S acct. But the B2S desktop dashborad does not reflect that. It still says "Connect to Twitter"
    3. My Facebook profile is connected to Instragram. But dashboard does not reflect this. It says "connect to Facebook"

I find this incredibly complicated and frustrating.

    Hello Richard,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

    Regarding your Instagram question:

The following three guides will explain you in detail how to proceed to convert your Instagram account correctly and connect it to a Facebook page (not a Facebook profile) and connect it to Blog2Social as soon as these requirements are fulfilled.

The following guide shows you how to convert your Personal Instagram Account:
How to convert your Personal Instagram Profile into a Business Account

Connecting a Facebook page can be done from Facebook or directly in Instagram. The following guide shows you how to easily connect your Instagram Business Account with your Facebook page:
How to connect your Instagram Business Account with your Facebook page

After you have checked and configured these two requirements, you can connect your Instagram Business Account with Blog2Social. The following guide shows you how you can do this:
How do I connect Blog2Social with my Instagram Business Account?

    Regarding your Twitter question:

Please remove your connected account from Blog2Social once again on mobile.
Afterward you should try to use a private/incognito window in your web browser on the PC to connect your account once again in Blog2Social.

Make sure to login into your Twitter account in another tab in this browser window in order to optimize the connection process as you are then already logged in into your account.

Then reconnect your account once again and refresh the networks overview in Blog2Social afterward.

You can apply this for any network if you face a similar behavior for other networks as well.
However, this is really unusual and is not occurring for other Blog2Social users at all.

Thank you for your effort and your understanding.

    Best regards
    Alexander
