  • Team management not working - network settings unavailable for co-workers

My co-workers have a profile assigned (templates, social networks etc), but when editing a post, they see:
There are no social network accounts assigned to your selected network collection. Please assign at least one social network account or select another network collection. Network settings
Everithing is set correctly, my posts are auto-shared, but when they plan or post sth, it is not beeing shared on social media.
    Am i missing something?
I've connected a profile to a certain Facebook Page, and wanted them to have the same connection. Business subsciption should allow that.
    Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

As far as I understand, your co-workers are supposed to use the Auto-Poster to automatically post content on social media, is that correct?
If so, have you also assigned your Auto-Poster settings to the respective co-workers?
You can check this fairly far down in the Auto-Poster settings. I’ve attached a screenshot for you.

I could also imagine that your co-workers have not selected the correct network collection that contains the social media accounts you assigned to them, which is why they are receiving the message that no networks are connected.

    Best regards

Ok, where can they select it? I need a screenshot.

          Hello,

          Thanks for your reply.

There are different places where the network collections can be selected (for example, in the Auto-Poster as shown in the screenshot in my last message). Therefore, it would be helpful if you could tell me how your co-workers proceed in Blog2Social, or where exactly they receive the message that no networks are available in the network collection. Kindly attach screenshots of this as well as of your auto-post settings so I’m able to check this.

Here you will find a detailed explanation of how to create network collections in case they have created a new collection:
Network collections: How to save a specific selection of networks?

Is it possible that you've created a new collection for your WordPress user?

          Best regards

They see this message when they edit new post.
I created a new collection on admin account and assign them to this collection, hence the attachment above. But they still got the message and they cannot autopost - scheduled and published post are not being shared. This works only form me (admin).
I didn't create a collecion for each user.

              Hello,

              Thank you for your response.

I’m afraid I don’t quite understand. Please attach screenshots of the error message your co-workers are seeing, as well as your own “Networks” overview and auto-post settings, so I can take a closer look.

              Best regards

                I attached 3 screenshots:
                - an error all co-workers with licence see
                - Network overview - social media profiles are connected and Profile is shared with co-workers, as well as templates
                - Auto-post settings - all co-workers have the settings shared
According to what I understood from the manual, everything is set properly. But does not work.

And the last screenshot - what Co-workers see, whet editing Networks - attachement. So it looks like bug.

                    Hello,

since you've hidden important details (like the network collection) in some of the screenshots, it's difficult to see what the settings actually look like.
However, I could imagine that you created a new collection for your own user, and the networks were assigned to the other users beforehand. After that, you set up the Auto-Poster for your own user with your new collection. That's why your co-workers still have the "My Profile" collection, which actually contains no connected networks in the auto-poster.

                    Please try the following:
Remove the assigned auto-poster settings from your co-workers and let each of them set up the auto-poster themselves (with the "My Profile" collection which contains their assigned social media accounts).

I would also suggest updating Blog2Social to the current version 8.5.1 on your website.

                    Best regards

                    Benedikt

                      I don't get this one.
There is a profile COMPANY (because if i used "My profile", I couldn't tell if on Co-worker side it was his "My profile" or mine) and assigned this to co-worker.
Now I updated the plugin and set Auto-poster manualy on co-worker side for profile COMPANY and it still doesnt work.

                        Hello,

"My Profile" is the default network collection used for all connections.

Unfortunately, I can't see which network collection your co-workers have set up in their Auto-Poster settings from your screenshots, but the problem is most likely caused by using a newly created network collection in Auto-Poster that your co-workers don't have in their “Networks” overview. Their connections belong to "My Profile" default.
This causes the message "There are no social network accounts assigned to your selected network collection" to appear for your co-workers.

As long as your co-workers don't move the assigned social media accounts to the "Company" collection and save it in Auto-Poster, it won't work. You can move the assigned Facebook page by clicking on the gear wheel in their “Networks”. See attached screenshot.

Please also note that posts which are already scheduled, won’t trigger the Auto-Poster. Therefore, I’d recommend publishing a new post to check if everything is set up properly.

You are welcome to attach new screenshots of the "Networks" overview and Auto-Poster settings if you need further assistance.

                        Best regards

                        Benedikt

Could you be more specific and tell me - screenshots of Network overview - whose? mine or co workers? Autoposter settings - whose?
                          I dont understand a thing.
I (admin) have a Profile called COMPANY, with connected networks. It is shared with co-workers. Auto-poster: whether is shared or assigned by me, does not work.
Co-workers dont use My Profile and their own connections. The whole point of Team management is so i can globally manage this, as I understand.
