Autopost to Facebook not including pictures and sometimes not including links. I've refreshed the connection but it still isn't working.

    Hello Erika,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

In my opinion this behavior seems to be related to open graph settings that are missing or wrongly configured within your WordPress environment.

The following step-by-step guide will show you how to configure and work with Open Graph settings:
What are open graph tags and what do I use them for?
Link Preview - Troubleshooting checklist and solutions for setting Open Graph Tags

Please be so kind as to check the mentioned guide and let me know if these solutions solved your request or if you require further assurance regarding this matter.
Please attach a screenshot showing your Open Graph configuration in Blog2Social and attach a link to a post that was shared on Facebook from your WordPress website.

    Thank you for your understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards
    Alexander

      Thank you for helping.

This is my error on Blog2Social: Your post could not be posted, because your image is not available or the image source does not allow to publish
When I run the debugger I get:

      Warnings That Should Be Fixed
      • Inferred Property
The 'og:image' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
      • Missing Properties
The following required properties are missing: og:image, fb:app_id
      The code is set to:

      <meta property="og:image" content="https://ledenews.com...
      <meta property="og:image:width" content="544" />
      <meta property="og:image:height" content="180" />

Even after a month after a husband and wife were found murdered, very little information has been released by the Belmont County Sheriff's Office.

          Hello Erika,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thank for describing your request.

Issues with Open Graph data are often caused by missing or conflicting metadata (open graph tags) in your website source code.
The Blog2Social plugin and social media networks will always display the information they find in the source code of your post on your website.

I checked your website frontend source code and noticed that you currently have duplicated Open Graph values set by external Plugins like SmartCrawl.

Please note that duplicated Open Graph values should be always avoided in order to prevent any unwanted behavior.

Please make sure to only have one WordPress plugin implementing Open Graph meta-tags in your website source code. Otherwise, it is possible that social media networks will display no image, the wrong image, title or description in your social media posts unintentionally.

If you would like to configure this within Blog2Social, you can follow this instruction:

The following guides show you exactly how to check your source code and how to solve this:
What are open graph tags and what do I use them for?
Link Preview - Troubleshooting checklist and solutions for setting Open Graph Tags

Please be so kind as to check this configuration within the “Social Meta Data” settings in Blog2Social.

You can find it easily by following this path:
Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social -> Settings-> Social Meta Data

The external SmartCrawl WordPress plugin will likely also have settings for Open Graph tags and you should decide which settings you would like to have enabled.

Please be so kind as to adjust this within your WordPress environment and retest the process once again. Feel free to let me know if this solution solved your request, or if you require further assistance regarding this matter.

          Thank you for your understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

          Best regards
          Alexander

              Hello Erika,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for this feedback.

Would you please be so kind as to answer a few short questions, so I could look further into this for you?
Are you auto-posting posts that are self created or imported from external third-party sources with RSS/XML/Atom feeds?

If you still face issue with the selected open Graph tags (og:image) while publishing a post on Facebook, it would be very helpful if you could attach the URL f the individual WordPress post as well as published post URL from Facebook so we could look further into this case for you.

              Thank you for your understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

              Best regards
              Alexander
