Auto postink not working for my second user

Hi,

I bought Blog2social pro licence for my site. There are many contributors and 2 admin who schedule posts publications
I configured auto-posting for a facebook page and instagram

For my first admin user, it works perfectly when i schedule a post and check autoposting.
But for my second admin user, it does'nt work, even if a have the confirmation notice



i have nothing if i go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=blog2social-sched


Both users are admin
Both users have pro licence
Both users have auto-posting activated
Both users have fb and instagram connected
Both users have autopost confirmation

I tried many things unsuccessfully, can you help me ?

Thank you for reaching out.

Is it possible that your second admin handles creating posts differently than the first one?
The auto-poster is triggered when clicking on “Publish” / “Schedule” in your WordPress backend post editor.
How do I auto-post and auto-schedule my own blog posts on social media?

Or does your first admin see all posts of both users under “Scheduled Posts”?

Please send me screenshots of the “Networks” overview and the auto-post settings for both users, so I can take a closer look.

Hi,
No it's the same process, and the first admin don't see second user shares under scheduled posts
here are the screenshots.
I also had duplicate posts this morning, but that's a second matter.

I can check in Database if needed
In case i'd like to reinstall all from zero, do i need to clear some tables ?

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, I can’t tell from your screenshots which settings belong to which user. However, I noticed that one user has connected Facebook and Instagram twice, which can lead to duplicate posts.
Why are my posts shared multiple times on social media?

Since it works for one user and not for the other, there must be some differences here.
Of course, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling Blog2Social. I have attached a screenshot of the database tables in case you want to delete them as well.
