    Hi,

    I'm having a problem with autoposting that I'm struggling to resolve.

    I have setup networking autoposting settings for Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter and Linkedin.

    About a week ago, I was alerted to the issue with X/Twitter and I've resolved that.

    When I schedule a post for publishing, only Facebook, X and Linkedin are scheduled now. Instagram is left out.

    Usually if I check the social media posts after they've been autoposted and I see an error, I can delete the social media posts and come back to WP and B2S and then manually share and everything shares correctly.

    Why can I manually share fine but have issues with autoposting and then have the Instagram issue?

    May I ask if you have made any changes to your website or the plugins used since you noticed this issue?

    Do you receive any notifications regarding your Instagram posts in Blog2Social?
    Please check your notification details and send me a screenshot if you are receiving any:
    “Social Media Posts” -> “Notifications” -> “Details”
    Why are my posts not being shared?

      There's nothing in the notification that informs me of any problem.

      i was reading this article: https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/i...lution_id=1086 and saw that Instagram only accepts PNG or JPG images, where I am using WEBP images. So I'm going to test this with JPG images instead. Although when I share manually, it works, so not sure what that's all about.

      I am using Siteground web hosting and after running the Troubleshooting tool it shows that Security Optimizer and Wordfence Security are plugin conflicts that need to be resolved. https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/i...=58&artlang=en

      But I'm not sure which part of that article applies to those plugins.

      Any advice on that?

        Just re-scheduled a post for tomorrow morning with a JPG featured image and now all 4 posts are scheduled.

        Must have been the WebP image that was the spoke in the wheel.

        Any suggestions for resolving the Security Optimizer and Wordfence conflict?

          Hello Malcolm,

          Thanks for your feedback.

          That’s correct, some networks (such as Instagram) do not support ”‘webp” images, which is beyond our control. Therefore, please ensure your images are in “jpg” or “png” format and try sharing them again via auto-poster. It should work as intended.
          Why is my image not displayed in my social media posts?

          Regarding the Troubleshooting-Tool conflicts:
          No worries, if everything is working as desired again, you don’t need to take any action here. All plugins that might cause conflicts (depending on their settings) will always be displayed here.
