    Hello guys,

    I wanted to share a recent issue I've encountered with the autopost functionality on a couple of my portals. I've been relying on autopost to ensure my news articles are seamlessly shared across various platforms. Unfortunately, since June 29th, this feature has stopped working on 3 of my portals:
    Interestingly, the autopost feature continues to work flawlessly on my other portals:
    Given that all portals share the same settings, this has been quite puzzling. I've ensured that the news articles are being published correctly on all sites, but for some reason, autopost isn't functioning on the 3 mentioned portals.

    As part of my troubleshooting efforts, I tried reconnecting the affected portals with my Facebook page, a step that has resolved similar issues in the past. However, this time, it didn't seem to do the trick.

    I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone has experienced something similar or might have insights into what could be going wrong. I can't find the link for opening ticket so I am writing here for help (did blog2social closed ticketing for their users?)

    Has anyone else experienced this issue recurring every few months, despite having purchased the highest-tier package with the most features? I'm particularly interested in hearing from others who might have similar experiences. Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!

    Rest assured, as far as I can see you have contacted us via support ticket as well.

    Are you using the auto-poster or the auto-poster for imported posts when sharing your content?
    How do I auto-post and auto-schedule my own blog posts on social media?
    How do I auto-post imported or created blog posts from other plugins on Social Media?

    Do you receive any notifications regarding your missing posts on your 3 websites?
    Please be so kind as to check your notification details and send me a screenshot if you are receiving any:
    “Social Media Posts” -> “Notifications” -> “Details”
    Why are my posts not being shared?

    I’d also recommend to refresh your social media connection as shown in this guide and try once again sharing a new post via auto-poster afterwards:
    Solution: Your authorization has expired. Please reconnect your account in the Blog2Social network settings.
