Is it at all possible to highlight some posts (with a star for instance) so they are more visible than others?

You can mark posts as “Favorites” in Blog2Social simply by clicking on the “star” icon next to a post in the post overview in Blog2social.
Please have a look at the following screenshot as a reference:
You can show this specific selection by opening the “Favorites”tab/section in the Blog2Social menu on the left hand-side:
If you intended to highlight posts on social media networks than you could try to work with the available emojis in Blog2Social to make them stand out a bit more.
