When a new post is made in a specific category, and the item has been updated it is set to draft status and an email is sent to a group of content approves with a link to the post for review. Changes and suggested, negotiated, and possibly implemented as well.
Once the post has been published, it will automatically be scheduled to post on social media sites at the net available "best time"
