  • Unable to remove authorization as user is double authorized

    Good day

I have set up authorization for LinkedIn using my main admin account, and have assigned the connection to other users, however, one of the users is listed twice, and I am unable to remove one of the authorizations, the error I get is:

"Your authorization could not be removed."

This is from the main admin account where the authorization was granted. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, I have just discovered that the Auto poster is not working, I have set it up using the main admin account as well and then Transferred the Auto-Poster settings to the other users. posts were then created by one of the users but the auto poster did not publish them?

      Hello,

      Thank you for reaching out.

Rest assured, I’m sure we can solve your requests.
May I ask you if the user which has received this LinkedIn authorization has tried to remove it in his “Networks” overview?
If this does not work as well I’d recommend checking if there are scheduled posts for this LinkedIn authorization. Please click on “Scheduled Posts” and make sure there are none. Afterwards, please be so kind as to try once again removing this authorization.

      Regarding the auto-poster:
Did you schedule your posts before setting up the auto-poster?
Do you receive any notifications regarding your posts via auto-poster in Blog2Social?
Please be so kind as to send me a screenshot of them, if you do. You can check them here:
“Social Media Posts” -> “Notifications” -> “Details”

If you do not receive notifications this seems like a configuration issue.
May I ask you if you want to auto-post your own original WordPress content or content that is imported or created by other plugins / RSS feeds?

There are two different sets of settings in the auto-poster:
The first auto-poster is triggered when clicking on “Publish” / “Schedule” in your WordPress backend post editor.
How do I auto-post and auto-schedule my own blog posts on social media?

The auto-poster for imported posts is triggered when your posts are created by other plugins or RSS feeds.
How do I auto-post imported or created blog posts from other plugins on Social Media?

I'm looking forward to your reply.

      Best regards

      Benedikt
