I am getting a 503 request error, locking me out of my website from the backend and rendering it down worldwide. The problem seems to be too many constant slow errors (processes that take longer than 5 seconds to complete) when oddly, I have had nothing scheduled for a few days. Problem started 3 days ago, reinstalled the plugin several times and increased the number of php workers. Have not installed any new plugins, made no changes. This started a couple of days after the last blog2social update. Have any of you seen this. I can't use blog2social at all without rendering my site down, and I rely on it.

Hello Veronica,
Thank you for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.
Have you checked if your current website configuration meets the Blog2Social plugin requirements?
The following step-by-step guide will show you how to solve all common issues while installing Blog2Social:
System requirements for installing Blog2Social
You should especially check:
Memory limit > 128M
Max execution time >= 40 Seconds
Max post size
If this also does not bring the intended solution you can try to use the Blog2Social Troubleshooting Tool.
In order to be able to look further into this case for you, it would be awesome if you could also provide us with the generated/downloaded troubleshooting-tool .txt Log file so we could look further into your environment.
You will find the Troubleshooting-Tool by following this path:
Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social -> Help & Support -> Troubleshooting-Tool
You can read more about it at:
Blog2Social Troubleshooting Tool
Thank you for your effort and understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Best regards
Alexander

I have my memory limit set to 256 and my max execution time is at 160 seconds. My max post size is fine as well. I would love to provide you with the generated/downloaded troublingshooting-tool .txt log file but I can't. When I activate the plugin, my entire website returns a 503 error which prevents me from accessing the entire wp-admin of my site. The only thing I can do after that is ftp into my files and delete blog2social. Then my site goes back online and I am able to access wp-admin again. I changed nothing about how my site is running, nor have I added any new plugins. The last time I ran the troubleshooting tool was maybe a year ago where it returned an incompatibility with my wordfence securtity, so I removed that. Have been relying on blog2social for a year and a half with no problems until two days after the last update.

When I delete Blog2Social from ftp and then reinstall it via wordpress admin, my blog2social calendar still shows all of the posts I have set up going forward about 2.5 weeks. I do two separate posts per day to 4 social sites, which meant something like 100+ posts ready to go. When I activate Blog2Social, I have a window of about a minute or two before the 503 error happens, and I did not want to use this minute to deactivate Blog2Social from within the admin, because that would erase these 100+ posts I've set up, which took a lot of time. However, I think that this is my next move, it's all I can think to do at this point? I'm doing it now, removing everything scheduled to post in this way, and going to see if Blog2Social will still run without shutting me out of my site and locking me out of the admin. Will have to repost everything (ugh!) but maybe it's a fix? Perhaps something in one of the posts was causing a problem? Will return here to report back about how this works, in case others are having this problem.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply and thanks for this feedback.
I noticed that you are using Blog2Social on three different domains/websites.
Do you face this behavior on all three of them? If not, which adjustments of your website or active external plugins are different on each installation?
Furthermore:
Would you please be so kind as to check if your WordPress installation is updated to the latest version available? (Version 6.0)
Also, please be so kind as to check and verify if the current installed Blog2Social plugin version is the latest version available.(Version 6.9.9)
It would be awesome if you could use the timeframe you described that is available before you face the mentioned 503 error to generate the troubleshooting log file, so we could check your Blog2Social log for any possible compatibility.
You can use a self-created URL like this to quickly access the specific Blog2Social page after enabling the plugin:
Please be so kind as to provide us with the downloaded log file via a private message in the community in order to protect your privacy.
Thank you for your effort and understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Best regards
Alexander
