I’m looking for some help regarding the Blog2Social trial.
I tried to register for Blog2Social earlier, but at that time my WordPress server had a mail delivery issue, so I never received the activation email and couldn’t complete the registration or use the trial at all.
I’ve now fixed the email/SMTP issue on my WordPress site, and email delivery is working correctly. However, when I try to register again, I receive the message:
Because of this, I’m unable to activate or use the trial, even though I never actually completed the initial setup.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there a way for the trial to be reset, or for me to complete the original activation?
Any guidance from the community or the Blog2Social team would be greatly appreciated.
