Plugin ask Upgrade to premium with smart premium

Any day ago I asked for help and you closed the post, this is your problem, my wordpress works perfectly and being an online newspaper I can't give access to other people as you requested.

I followed the proposed API procedure for twitter and as soon as I try to connect the profile it says to upgrade to premium, but I already have a premium smart account and I don't have any active profile as seen in the screenshot..

Please verify and say me or reset my account

Please note that we can assure you that Blog2Social works properly for more than 70.000 users worldwide and it will work on your website as well as soon as the settings are correct. Since we cannot reproduce this in a clean test environment it seems to be caused on your website.

Of course, you could try uninstalling Blog2Social and removing all database entries from your website (screenshot attached). After that, you could reinstall Blog2Social to figure out if that solves this.
