  • 1,800 month plan cut to 100 month with no notice

    Hi,

I'm a long-standing customer on the Blog2Social WP X integration add-on (subscription #4366549, account: George Allison), and my plan has been changed without my knowledge.

    What happened, in order:

    1. On 5 June 2026, PayPro Global emailed to confirm my subscription had renewed for another month at the "1,800 posts per month (max. 60/day)" tier. Nothing in that renewal notice mentioned any change to my plan.

    2. Only afterwards did I receive a separate notification showing my plan had been changed from "1,800 posts per month" to "100 posts per month", an 18x reduction. I was given no advance warning, no chance to accept or decline, and no explanation. I found out only because the second message contradicted the first.

    3. Your website no longer offers the 1,800/month tier at all. The X add-on now tops out at 250 posts/month.

I understand X's API changes may have forced you to restructure the volumes, and that is not the core of my concern. My complaints are these: the downgrade was applied silently at renewal with no notice that I am aware of, and to post anywhere near my previous volume I would now have to pay 39.01 GBP per month. That is a significant increase on what I had been paying, and even at that price the maximum available (250 posts/month) is still a fraction of the 1,800/month I had. So I am being asked to pay more for far less.

    Please can you:

    - Confirm whether the 1,800/month tier is permanently discontinued, and the date and reason.
    - Explain why the downgrade was applied at renewal without prior notice.
    - Confirm exactly which tier and price subscription #4366549 is now being billed at.

I'd appreciate any feedback here, as I enjoy the product.

    Hi George,

Thank you for your message and for explaining the situation in detail.

We understand your concern regarding the change to your X posting volume.

The change is related to the updated X API pricing model. The costs for third-party tools using the official X API have increased significantly, and Blog2Social is directly affected by these changes. To continue offering reliable and compliant publishing to X, we had to adjust the X Add-on plans and the included posting volumes accordingly.

We informed customers about this change in our newsletter/customer communication in May. In that communication, we explained that the X feature would continue to be available as an add-on and that the posting packages would be adapted due to the new X API conditions.

Your package was adjusted according to the communicated new X posting structure. We understand that the reduction in posting volume is substantial compared with the previous plan. However, this adjustment is necessary because the API costs imposed by X have increased disproportionately, and we have to reflect these costs in the available X packages.

If you have any further questions about your current X Add-on package, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    The Blog2Social Team

New issue, we cannot post to X at all, as it says

        "Your monthly X post volume

        -1601 remaining from -1100

        Need more?"

        I have subscribed to the

'250 posts per month & licence (max. 200 posts per day)'

Please advise how to solve this.

Hi micha, Thank you for your message. Could you please let us know which exact issue you are experiencing? Do you mean that your X post volume is displayed incorrectly, for example with a negative remaining volume, or are you currently unable to publish posts to X? Please also let us know which X Add-on package is active in your Blog2Social account and, if possible, send us a screenshot of the displayed X post volume. Best regards, The Blog2Social Team
