X-addon does not seem to register on the account

I have been paying for the X-addon for quite a while but lately, it has not been working and it has not been possible to publish anything on X through Blog2Social. The connection with X seems to work and money is for some reason being charged twice per month. Despite this, it is not possible to publish on X using Blog2Social and I get the message that I have 0 posts left using X. What could be wrong?

While reviewing your Blog2Social account, I noticed that you have subscribed to the X add-on a total of three times. This explains the multiple charges.
Could you please let me know how many X add-ons you actually require? Alternatively, you can cancel any unnecessary add-ons directly in your Blog2Social account by logging in HERE.
