Telegram image post has no link

Did you already try adjusting your post templates for Telegram in your “Networks” overview?

I want to post my article with an image post, and in the image description the post excerpt and link to the article. But Blog2 Social puts the excerpt into a separate message, and there is no option to publish the link in a Telegram image post. What can be done to remedy that problem?
