URL for scheduled posts is ...odd

Anytime I share a post that is scheduled to reddit the URL is the post ID and not the fancy URL or even the shortened URL ?p=32456
Is there anyway to have it use the permalink URL or the URL shortener URL? I already delay shooting it to reddit until after the post is posted...

do you schedule the link or is the article on your WordPress online? WordPress uses the permalink only when the article is online.

When I schedule it in b2s is is when it is scheduled to go live on my site. You mean, in order for it to use the permalink I have to manually go back and share the post after it goes live?!
Shouldn't it use the permalink automatically if the b2s post schedule triggers AFTER the post goes live? Wouldn't that make more sense?

Also, when I check my other networks (Facebook, insta, pinterest) the url is correct, as long as I allow a delay between post publish time and b2s share time.

it is correct. When the B2S post is delayed so that the WP post is online the permalinks should be used. We will proof that.

I did, and I gave you access to my site but I never received a response (till this) and the issue still exists: https://handbook.equinox-apothecary.shop/?p=32532 shows up on reddit even when scheduling the reddit 10 minutes after the post goes live on my site....

While link shorteners like bit.ly are convenient for tracking and managing links on other platforms, we must comply with Reddit's rules and guidelines.

For scheduled but not yet published articles, we use p=NUMBER links to create a stable and functional link that will automatically redirect to the correct permalink once the article is live. This ensures that the link remains usable even if the permalink structure changes before publication.

You mentioned that Blog2Social still uses p=NUMBER links after an article is released. We've tested this using your latest published article, and we were able to post it to an Reddit account with the permalink included. We performed the test using the backend access you provided and have included a screenshot in an email to you for your reference.
