  • Can't connect to Pinterest account unexpectedly

I have been using Blog2social for a couple of years without any problems. For some reason, Blog2social lost my account information on my blog, so I had to get my key and re-enter it. All the social media accounts went back to normal except Pinterest. I went through all the support pages, read everything I could. Ran the troubleshooting tool. Reset my Pinterest password and still, I can't get them to talk to each other. What can I do?

    Hello,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

Would you please be so kind as to answer a few short questions?
Is your account a single Pinterest account or a multi-account which is managing multiple accounts?
Do you have individual credentials with which you log in into your account?

Please be so kind as to make sure that your Pinterest account has at least one pinboard on which a picture has already been pinned.

You can find further details at:
How do I connect Blog2Social with Pinterest?

If you are still facing issues when connecting Pinterest, please try using the Blog2Social browser extension (available for Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).

    You can download it at:

To do this, you can install the browser extension for your browser and then click on "Connect pinboard" next to Pinterest in the network overview in the Blog2Social plugin as usual.
You don’t need to connect Pinterest with this extension, it just optimizes the authentication process in the background.

Please also try the Firefox extension if you are working with Chrome.
Feel free to let me know if the mentioned solution solved your request or if you require further assistance regarding this matter.

Thank you for your effort and understanding.
I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards
    Alexander

As I mentioned, I have been using your tool for years and had no problems. So, no I don't have multiple Pinerest accounts this is single account and I have been putting up pins through Blog2Social for years. Yes it's individual credentials. I went through all the instructions you have here on your website and nothing is helping. I installed the Chrome extension and it doesn't show Pinterest as an option and doesn't help me log in through your plugin or anything else. Please contact me directly so we can fix this.
