  • Pinterest “Connect” Button Missing

    Hello,

I’m currently evaluating Blog2Social with the 30-day trial and would like to connect my Pinterest account.

However, the “Connect” button that appears in your documentation and YouTube tutorials is missing from my dashboard. I have already added my Pinterest App under Manage API Apps, but Pinterest still shows 0/15 connections, and there is no option to actually link the account.

Do I need to upgrade to the full version for this button to appear?

I plan to create a video for Pinterest based on your instructions, so I want to make sure I’m following the correct process.

    Thank you!

    Hello George,

Thanks for reaching out and your interest in Blog2Social.

Usually, you should see the “Connect Board” button in the “Networks” overview, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Are you using the latest versions of Blog2Social and WordPress on your website?
Please ensure that the latest versions are installed.

If you’re still not seeing the button, I could imagine that this is being caused by another plugin or theme on your website. Please refer to the troubleshooting steps in this guide.

Feel free to let me know if it worked out or if you have any other questions.

    Best regards

    Benedikt

      Thanks for the quick response!

After your suggestion about plugins, I started looking into other possible causes and it turns out the issue was on my browser side, not WP plugins.

My ad blocker extension was actually hiding the “Connect Board” button for Pinterest. As soon as I whitelisted my own domain, the button appeared instantly.

Just posting this in case it helps someone else facing the same issue.
