Posts published on Medium don't show up on our Medium account

Hello. I'm having issues with publishing our blog content on Medium. I have logged in to Medium on Blog2Social without a problem but when I publish an article on Medium in your plugin, the article doesn't show up on Medium. It is only visible as published in the Blog2Social calendar. I disabled my adblock and tried to reshare the article on Medium again, but same thing happened - the article is still not visible. Please help because we want to automate republishing our content on Medium using your plugin.

May I ask you if you’re receiving any notifications regarding your Medium posts in Blog2Social?
If your content was not posted, it would be great if you could send me a screenshot of your notification details so I’m able to check this. You will find notifications by following this path:
“Social Media Posts” -> “Notifications” -> “Details”

Dear Benedikt, please see the screenshot attached. In the notification section there is indeed no info about the shared post. However, in the Shared Posts section, you can see that the post is visibe.

Hello, please find the screenshot below. The post is doubled because I tried to publish it on Medium again after the first try didn't work. The second time I had my ad block off but the article didn't publish on Medium anyway.

Please be so kind as to follow the steps in this tutorial to refresh your Medium authorization in Blog2Social:
Solution: Your authorization has expired. Please reconnect your account in the Blog2Social network settings.

In addition, I noticed that there’s a heartbeats notification in your screenshots:
“WordPress uses heartbeats by default, Blog2Social as well. Please enable heartbeats for using Blog2Social!”

Of course, you can deactivate or regulate heartbeats with plugins such as "Heartbeats Control" or "WP Rocket". However, deactivating heartbeats prevents the background tasks of Wordpress and Blog2Social from being executed properly.
For instance, sharing posts automatically in your social media is blocked by the plugin "Heartbeat Control". Please make sure that the plugin is not set to "disable everywhere".

It might occur that no heartbeat is sent between the time you publish your post on your blog and logging out if heartbeats are limited with the plugin "WP Rocket". If you log in again, a heartbeat will be executed directly, which will send the data. Therefore, please do not limit heartbeats to make sure that your posts are shared automatically on your social media.

After that, please try once again sharing a post on Medium and let me know if it worked out.
