For the past 2 weeks, I've had to manually share to the Linkedin Page. The settings and users have not changed in months. Help!

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

Did you face or notice any error notification in relation to the failed/missing LinkedIn page posts in Blog2Social?
Please be so kind as to provide us with the exact screenshot that you faced while sharing your content on your LinkedIn page?

You will find notification details if you follow this path in your Blog2Social dashboard on WordPress:
"Social Media Posts" -> “Notifications” -> “Details”

If you can locate error notifications regarding failed posts please provide us with a screenshot of the message that you find there, so we can check this further for you.
Please also be so kind as to attach a screenshot of the networks overview in Blog2Social where your LinkedIn page connection is visable.

I am looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards

We have had a similar issue. When we try to connect our business LinkedIn page the LinkedIn login pops up. We login and then there is no option to select our page. We had no problems before connecting our LinkedIn page. When taking a look at the console we see.

Thank you for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.

Since it did work beforehand and now this occurs, what have been changed in your WordPress envrionment before you noticed this behavior?
Did you install, update or change any external WordPress plugin or server sided settings?

Are you logged in while connecting your LinkedIn profile in another tab in your browser while connecting in Blog2Social?

        Regarding the loading issue:

In some cases, settings in security or optimization plugins or server sided settings are causing such a behavior. You could try to adjust these settings or disable them temporarily. This allows you to check if this behavior is caused by any of these plugins.

Proper access is often blocked by installed security plugins or additional firewalls on the server-side as well.

If you are using security plugins or server sided settings:
Please be so kind as to try to whitelist your own server IP as well in order to allow automatic curl processes if you face any issues.

You may also try to unblock our IPs if required:
        Server location: Germany
        IPv6: 2a01:488:42:1000:b24d:55a8

Please note that this behavior is no general bug or issue in Blog2Social and is only caused by environmental issues occurring in your WordPress environment or server sided settings.

        Thank you for your understadning.
I am looking forward to your reply.

        Best regards

We figured it out. It was a permissions issue on LinkedIn's side. Only Super Admins can make the relevant connections with Blog2Social.

It is misleading because there is no error message on LinkedIn's side during the connection indicating that a Super Admin is needed for the connection. It appears as if the connection is being made but there is no Company Page option from the dropdown making it appear to be a bug. Logging into the Super Admin's LinkedIn account fixed the issue. Thank you for attempting to help.

Thank you so much for your reply and this feedback.
I am happy to hear that you could determine the causing origin of the occurring behavior.

Thanks for the information that this behavior was caused by the missing “super administrator” rights of the connected LinkedIn page.
This information could help other Blog2Social users that are facing a similar behavior while sharing their content on the LinkedIn page.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or suggestions about Blog2Social.
I will gladly support you further.
