  • Posts will not auto post on LinkedIn Business Page

    I have 4 or 6 customers using the paid version of Blog2Social. All networks are setup and show 1/5. I have them all set to autopost once a post is published. The system says the post is submitted successfully on all social media accounts. When I go check LinkedIn, the post is missing. This is happening with several different websites. What could be the issue here?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    There can be various reasons for this.
    1) Is it possible that the LinkedIn account is in a different "network collection" than the one selected in the auto-poster settings?
    How do I auto-post and auto-schedule my own blog posts on social media?

    2) Is every user that shall post on the LinkedIn Business account set to “super administrator” on LinkedIn with their personal profile?
    How do I connect Blog2Social with my LinkedIn page?

    3) Do you receive any notifications regarding your LinkedIn posts?
    Please check them as described here and attach a screenshot if you’re receiving any.
    Why are my posts not being shared?

      1) No, I only have one person assigned for each soical media account per website (if that is what you are asking).
      2) I checked and they are a super administrator.
      3) No error is received. It actually states that all social media accounts sent successfully. When we go to check, there is nothing posted. This is only happening on LinkedIn. I can let you sign into one of the them to test if that would help.

        Thank you for your reply.

        Did you try to refresh your LinkedIn connections as shown in this guide? I’d recommend doing this and sharing a new post via auto-poster afterwards.
        Solution: Your authorization has expired. Please reconnect your account in the Blog2Social network settings.

        If you are still facing issues, please attach screenshots of your auto-post settings and “Networks” overview as well as a screenshot from your “Shared Posts” details where it states that your post was shared.
