The plugin has suddenly stopped posting to Instagram - Facebook and X are still working. I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions including deleting and reconnecting but it still doesn't work. Can you help please?

May I ask you if you’re receiving any notifications regarding your Instagram posts in Blog2Social?
Please check them by clicking on “Social Media Posts” -> “Notifications” -> “Details” and send me a screenshot if you do.

Thanks for your reply.
Click on “Social Media Posts” in your Blog2Social dashboard. Now you can click on “Notifications” in the left handed menu. Here you can click on “Details” next to the respective post to check your notification details.
Please note:
In most cases the image format is causing issues when posting on Instagram. Therefore, please make sure that your images are in “png” or “jpg” format since “webp” format is not supported by Instagram.
Instagram could not post my image, because my image is not available

Thanks for your response.
When checking your post and downloading your “og:image” I noticed that your image is in “webp” format. I have attached a screenshot for you.
Please be so kind as to make sure that it’s in “jpg” or “png” in order to post successfully because Instagram does not support “webp” images.
Instagram could not post my image, because my image is not available
