Use original image format for Instagram (not image with frame / cut out)

I am wondering how I can post images to Instagram using the original aspect ratio (16:9) - I can only see 2 options, to publish either with a frame or with a center crop. Is there any way to add this option? I previously used a different plugin to post to Instagram, which offered this option as well (see screenshot).
