Url Link appears in instagram post!

Hi, I would like the link not to be published in the instagram post.



See that the option is unchecked in the instagram theme layout, but the URL is still being published




Is it possible to solve so that the URL does not appear in the Instagram Feed?

Thank you for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.
Since Blog2Social works user-based you should make sure to check both of your individual user configurations in the Instagram post template settings.

Every User on WordPress can connect his own networks and configure most of the settings individually in Blog2Social.
As I noticed that you are working with two different WordPress user accounts this would be my first suggestion.

In a test I was unable to reproduce this behavior that you mentioned on a clean test envrionment.

If you can confirm that this behavior still persist after checking and adjust if needed on both WordPress suers in Blog2Social, this behavior seems to be unusual and/or server related, and it would be awesome if you could send us a temporary guest account with admin rights for your WordPress website, if you would like us to check this case further.

We will, of course, treat your information as confidential. Rest assured, we will use this data for tests only.

You can delete the account as soon as our tests are complete.
Please be so kind as to include the login URL, login name and password of the WordPress environment.
