  • We can't publish nothing on Instagram

Hi, in our site ilbacodaseta.org from 05/02/2022 we receive this error "Non abbiamo il permesso di pubblicare il tuo articolo. Si prega di controllare la tua autorizzazione." when trying to publish on Instagram and from 09/02/20221 "Your Facebook profile does not have access to the Facebook page which is connected to your Instagram account. Learn how to check and edit the Facebook page settings.".
We try all... Control FB account, FB page, FB profile, Instagram Business account and connect, re-connect but nothing.
The system stop and we can't publish nothing on Instagram.
    How we can fix?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing your request.
Would you please be so kind as to answer a few short questions so I could look further into this for you?

Have you changed your Facebook page settings recently, or did you begin to work with the Meta Business Manager?
If yes, it would be required to adjust your settings or undone these changes.

Furthermore, is your Instagram account a Business account? Make sure your account is a Business account and not a Creator account.
Were you previously able to share content before the “05/02/2022” on your Instagram account?

Please be so kind and try the connection process again with the following steps:
    • Remove the link between your Facebook Page and your Instagram Business account on Facebook and if necessary on Instagram in your account settings.
    • Re-link your account to a newly created Facebook page that you can create for the purpose of pairing your account and page for the connection in Blog2Social.
    • You can continue to post content on your "old" Facebook page.
    • Check the connection within Facebook and re-establish it in the page settings of your Facebook page if necessary.
    • Reconnect your Instagram account to Blog2Social.
    • Publish a post on Instagram again.

Feel free to let me know afterwards if these solutions worked for you or if you need further assistance with this issue.
    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards
    Alexander

        Hello Gialuca,

Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for this feedback.

Since there are multiple settings in the Meta Business Manager that could have influenced this behavior and caused the occurring issue, it would be required to provide us with screenshots showing your configured Facebook settings in the Meta Business Manager in relation to your Instagram Account and your Facebook page.

As mentioned beforehand, you could also try the following process as a workaround:

        1. Remove the link between your Facebook Page and your Instagram Business account on Facebook and if necessary on Instagram in your account settings.

        2. Re-link your account to a newly created Facebook page that you can create for the purpose of pairing your account and page for the connection in Blog2Social. Make sure to avoid using the Meta Business Manger for this page in order to avoid the behavior you face now with adjusted rights settings with the Meta Business Manager.

Info: You can continue to post content on your "old" Facebook page.

        3. Check the connection between the account and your Facebook page within Facebook and re-establish it in the page settings of your Facebook page if necessary.
        4. Reconnect your Instagram account to Blog2Social.
        5. Publish a post on Instagram again to recheck the behavior.

Feel free to let me know afterwards if these solutions worked for you or if you need further assistance with this issue.

        Thank you for your understanding.

        Best regards
        Alexander
