  • My Google My Business connection has expired

    I have received a message in Blog2Social to say that my Google My Business connection has expired and to go to settings to refresh. However I cannot see how to refresh the connection on the network or settings page. Can you please advise on how I do this?

    Hello Jonathan,

    Thank you so much for reaching out. To refresh and renew a connection to a social media network you can simply follow these steps:
    1. Open this path:

    Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social dashboard -> networks
    1. Look out for Google My Business.
    2. Next to the gearwheel icon, you will see the refresh/update icon.
    3. Clicking on it will open an overlay popup where you can enter your access credentials so you can re-connect your Google My Business account so the connection is refreshed.
