  • Cannot connect to my Facebook page

    I am trying to connect my Facebook page but I keep getting the error:

    I have followed the troubleshooting page here but this hasn't resolved it - https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/i...124&artlang=en

    I have full access under User Settings:

    I have removed the Blog2Social App from Business-Integrations, logged out and logged back in. I still get the same error message about not finding a page.

    Nothing has worked!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    May I ask you if your Facebook profile is listed below "People with Facebook access" in your Facebook page access as described in this guide?
    I cannot connect my Facebook page / I cannot see my Facebook page

    Please be aware that the connection to your page is established by your Facebook profile. If this is not the case, please add your Facebook profile or another / new profile to establish the connection in Blog2Social. Unfortunately, the Meta Business Suite as shown in your screenshots plays no role in this context.

    Please let me know if it worked out or if you have any other questions.

      When I search for my name after clicking "Add New" below "People with Facebook access" in my Facebook page, it does not show my profile?​

        Hello,

        Thanks for your reply.

        If you cannot add your own profile, I’d recommend adding another / new profile to establish the connection in Blog2Social. You could also try contacting Facebook regarding this matter since it’s outside of our sphere of influence.

          Hello,

          please be so kind as to try again connecting your Facebook page. Due to Facebook's latest changes regarding pages, we've adjusted some settings in the Blog2Social app on Facebook.

          Please let me know if it worked out.
