My personal profile doesn't have access to FB Site - but it's a business Portfolio

Good morning,
right from the start two things:
a) I use Facebook in German, I'll try to translate all menu items as best as possible
b) I'm not FB expert, I literally use it as a content spreader
c) blog2social claims that there is no Facebook site to connect with

On our travel blog the plugin Blog2social seemed to work fine for a long time. This weekend I figured IG and Facebook don't work anymore. A few weeks ago I switched to a business profile on IG because it is necessary to use it with the plugin. I only mention this, in case that's where the Facebook problem started and I simply haven't noticed until I tried to share content.

Of course I went through the manuals https://www.blog2social.com/de/faq/i...lution_id=1123 and did everything mentioned there. But in Site access on Facebook my personal profile isn't listed and I cannot add my personal profile through the menu "Add person". But trust me, I have access to both, profile and site. I also have

BUSINESS PORTFOLIO ACCESS
which is on the very same site.

Can anyone guide me or help me how to fix this, meaning how can I post through blog2social on my Facebook site.

I’d recommend adding your profile or another one as shown in this guide so it’s listed in your Facebook page access in order to connect your page in Blog2Social via this specific profile afterwards.

Please be aware that the connection to Facebook pages is established via Facebook profile and that it’s necessary that your profile is listed in your page access. Unfortunately, this requirement is from Facebook and outside of our sphere of influence.

Hallo Benedikt, ich nehme an ich kann deutsch schreiben.

Beim Seitenzugriff "Wenn Du beim Versuch Deine Facebook Seite zu verbinden die Fehlermeldung "Wir konnten zu Deinem Profil keine zugehörige Seite finden" erhälst, empfehlen wir, die Rolle Deines Profils für diese individuelle Facebook Seite zu überprüfen." taucht eben nicht mein persönliches Profil auf. Auch kann ich es nicht über "Hinzufügen" mein privates Profil hinzufügen.

An der Stelle bin ich verzweifelt. Kann es irgendwie damit zu tun haben, dass es ein "business profil" ist...ich bin wie gesagt mit Facebook und dem ganzen Kladerratdatsch echt überfordert.

Das Business Portfolio aus Ihrem Screenshot ist an dieser Stelle leider nicht ausschlaggebend, da es tatsächlich nur darauf ankommt, dass Ihr Facebook Profil im Seitenzugriff auftaucht.

Als Workaround könnten Sie dort ein anderes Profil hinzufügen und darüber die Verbindung zur Facebook Seite in Blog2Social herstellen.

Hallo Benedikt, ich habe nun ein Dummy FB angelegt und dem volle Zugriffsrechte für die FB Seite erteilt. Du kannst es Dir sicher schon denken, auch das funktioniert nicht.

Blog2Social konnte nicht mit Facebook verbunden werden
Möglicherweise bist du nicht mit dem Netzwerk verbunden oder wir konnten keine Verbindung mit unserem Server herstellen. Überprüfe deine Verbindung und versuche es später noch einmal.

Bitte senden Sie mir einmal einen Screenshot des Facebook Seitenzugriffs, wo man das Dummy Profil sieht, und der Fehlermeldung, die Sie in Blog2Social erhalten, damit ich mir dies genauer ansehen kann.

Das glaubt mir jetzt wieder keiner, aber ich habe absolut nichts anders gemacht, aber jetzt klappt s mit dem Dummy Profil. Danke für die Hilfe. Die 10 Screenshots kann ich jetzt löschen
