Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
May I ask you if you have changed anything on your website since you are facing this?
I’d recommend ticking the box “allow shortcodes in my post” in your Blog2Social settings to check if that solves your described behavior.
Please let me know if it worked out.
Best regards

Hello,
Thanks for your response.
Did you try sharing a new post after enabling the shortcodes option in Blog2Social?
Please note that this won’t influence your posts which were already shared on Facebook.
Rest assured, I’ve checked your screenshots and I can also assure you that there were no changes from our end. I also cannot reproduce your described behavior in a clean test environment.
Is it possible that you’re using another page builder than the usual WordPress backend post editor when creating your posts?
Best regards

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Did you use the original WordPress backend post editor instead of the WP Bakery page builder when creating and sharing these posts?
When I’m trying to share a post with ‘ or “ in a clean test environment, it works out correctly by using the WordPress backend post editor.
Therefore, please be so kind as to create a post with the WordPress post editor and try sharing it afterwards because it seems that your theme / page builder does not follow the usual WordPress routine which Blog2Social is following.

Hello,Originally posted by britishgreenthumb View PostYour plugin should be compatible with all website builders, especially with a popular wp bakery page builder.
The problem is that ' character gets automatically changed to a code, how to fix this?
Thanks for your response.
I think this is a misunderstanding. Please note that Blog2Social is following the usual WordPress routine, but it’s outside of our sphere of influence if other page builders or plugins do not follow this routine.
I’d recommend contacting the developers of your page builder since this cannot be fixed from our end.
Best regards
Benedikt
