Unable to add new users to help share posts

Howdy partners, I'm trying to add a fellow WordPress partner to be able to SHARE my posts after publishing them, but as you can see in the screenshot, no such option to give user access is found.

Please help.

Thanks for reaching out and your interest in Blog2Social.

As far as I can see in your Blog2Social account, you have currently activated one WordPress user with your license key. Please be so kind and also activate the user which shall receive this social media connection.
How do I activate my license key?

If this user is not set up on your website yet, please click on “Users” -> “Add New” in your dashboard to create a new user.
