Autoposting to FB does not work!!!

Hi Support Team:

Auto-Posting to FB page does not work. When the new posts get published on my WordPress website, the tool recognized the addition/publishing of new posts because I see the new posts under the "All Posts" tab.

My auto-post settings are correct (new posts, publish immediately, and I unchecked the option to use the best times).

I disconnected the FB page and re-connected it again, i.e. refreshed the authorization, but this did not help.

This is really frustrating because that is the ONLY reason why I purchased this tool.

Please look into this issue ASAP as I see many others complaining too about the same issue.

UPDATE: I get it working by enabling the option " Autoposter for Imported Posts".
I use an API to publish my word press posts and it seems like the tool does not recognize this as "my own posts". Instead, it recognizes these posts as "imported posts".

There are two different sets of settings in the auto-poster:
The first auto-poster is triggered when clicking on “Publish” / “Schedule” in your WordPress backend post editor.
How do I auto-post and auto-schedule my own blog posts on social media?

The auto-poster for imported posts is triggered when your posts are created by other plugins or RSS feeds.
How do I auto-post imported or created blog posts from other plugins on Social Media?

Since Blog2Social works WordPress user-based, this means that all settings and network connections can be defined for each WordPress user individually.
Therefore, please make sure that every WordPress user (author) who publishes posts that should be auto-posted:
1. is activated for Blog2Social Premium (How do I activate my license key?)
2. has the networks connected (Blog2Social -> Networks)
3. has the correct auto-post settings configured.
