Why did my post not go to all the Facebook groups ?

I did a post that should have gone to my Facebook page and 14 different groups but it only posted to my page... any idea why??

May I ask you if you have added the Blog2Social app on Facebook to the specific groups you want to post to?
You can do this as admin of the Facebook group. If you want to post to a group you are a member of, please ask your group administrator to add the Blog2Social app to the group settings.
