Facebook Character Limiter doesn't work

We've been using this great plugin for a while. But we have a serious problem, the entire post is written on facebook. By doing this we are losing many visits to our site. I tried to limit, the preview is right, but then on Facebook it looks different. can you help me?

We also put only TITLE and KEYWORDS, but it ignores that and puts the description too

When checking your account I noticed that you have activated three WordPress users with your license key.
Did you edit the post templates for your Facebook page for all of these users in Blog2Social?

Please note that Blog2Social works WordPress user-based, which means that all settings and network connections can be defined for each WordPress user individually. If you have edited your post templates for "user A" but "user B" is posting on your Facebook page, these adjustments won’t have any influence.
How to use post templates for social media posts?
