From what i noticed , it is posting the tags not keywords, can you rename it ? Many people maybe will add forbitten words in tags and they will have problems .
I had already and my account was limited and i had to search and delete posts .

      Hello,

      Thanks for reaching out.

That’s correct, when adding “Keywords” in your post templates, Blog2Social will automatically convert your WordPress post tags into hashtags on social media. The following guide shows you exactly:
How to use post templates for social media posts?

Please let me know if you have further questions.

      Best regards

      Benedikt

        Editing a comment
        Hello,

It took me some time to understand that tags can be turned into hashtags using the placeholder {keywords}. The confusion arose because the placeholder is named {keywords}, but it does not seem to directly pull the WordPress keywords (as one might expect).

Now I am looking for a solution to automatically display both the tags and the keywords from WordPress as hashtags.

The following sentence in the documentation https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/i...lution_id=1152 adds to the confusion:
Post templates allow you to create automatically customized social media posts with a unique structure by defining the sequence of variables for the title, excerpt, content, and keywords as hashtags.

Is there a way to reliably display WordPress tags as hashtags in the posts? Thank you for your support!

        Thanks

        Alex

      Hello prexma ,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback.

      To address your query:
      1. {keywords} Placeholder and Tags:
        • The {keywords} placeholder is designed to pull defined tags from your WordPress posts and turn them into hashtags for your social media posts. However, it’s important to ensure that the tags in your WordPress post are properly defined, as these are the source for the hashtags.
      2. Channel-Specific Settings:
        • The behavior of the {keywords} placeholder can vary depending on the channel you’re using (e.g., Facebook Pages vs. Profiles). Please verify that your settings are configured for the appropriate channel, as certain placeholders may not be supported for all types of networks.
      3. Scenario Where Keywords Were Missing:
        • If you notice that hashtags (tags) are not being added to your posts:
          • Ensure that the WordPress post you’re sharing has tags defined.
          • Check the template settings for the specific channel under Blog2Social -> Networks -> Edit Post Template to ensure the {keywords} placeholder is included in your template.
          • Confirm that the post is being shared to a channel that supports hashtags. For instance, Facebook Pages support hashtags, but Profiles do not handle them as prominently.
      4. Combining Tags and Keywords:
        • At the moment, the {keywords} placeholder is tied to WordPress tags. If you’re also using a separate plugin or custom field for “keywords,” these wouldn’t be automatically included. However, we’ll take this feedback into account for future updates.

Please let us know if you’re still facing issues or have additional questions—we’re happy to assist further!

      Best regards,
      Philippe
