Can't connect a facebook Page

Have tried everything, but I cant connect a Facebook Page with blog2Social.
I already have connected 2 users, and have another 3 licences free in order to connect 3 more users.
I need help on this.

Would you please be so kind to send us a full page screenshot of your network overview in Blog2Social?
Preferably from a desktop device and not from the mobile view.

In order to investigate this case in more detail, it would also be helpful if you could provide us with the generated/downloaded .txt log file of the problem analysis tool, so that we can investigate your environment in more detail.

Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social -> Help & Support -> Troubleshooting-Tool.

Please let me have the log file in a private message in the community to protect your privacy
