  • Only Curated Posts are being posted on Facebook

    When we schedule posts to FB, only the Curated posts are actually appearing on the page. None of them are showing as Published

    How can we fix this so all posts are posted?
    OR
    How can we update all the currently scheduled posts into Curated post?

    No error messages have been received in the Notifications and no error messages appear on the calendar

    The posts that are not being posted to FB were scheduled as recurring posts. While there is no error message in the notifications, the following message was located in the social media posts -> Scheduled posts -> details
    Facebook is currently being processed by the network

      Hello Natalie,

      Thank you so much for reaching out and thanks for describing the issue you are facing.

      If you are only able to share curated posts with Blog2Social it is possible that your WordPress website is not fulfilling the Blog2Social plugin requirements.
      Would you please be so kind as to check the Troubleshooting-Tool within Blog2Social to see if you have any visible conflict within your website?
      This often helps to identify conflicts that could cause that Blog2Social can not work like intended on your WordPress installation.

      Follow this path to check the Troubleshooting-Tool. Screenshot any visible conflict inside the tool :
      Your WordPress installation -> Blog2Social -> Help & Support -> Troubleshooting-Tool

      Please be so kind as to screenshot the Troubleshooting-Tool page and also provide us with the generated .txt file which can be generated in the Troubleshooting-Tool section of Blog2Social.

          Hello Natalie,

          Thank you so much for your reply and thanks for the requested screenshot.

          As far as I noticed your WordPress website has a conflict with a heartbeat configuration that is disturbing the Blog2Social system requirements for installing and working with Blog2Social properly.

          Please note: WordPress is working with heartbeats by default.

          Of course, you can deactivate or regulate heartbeats with plugins such as "Heartbeats Control" or "WP Rocket". However, deactivating heartbeats prevents the background tasks of WordPress and Blog2Social from being executed properly. This is also the reason why your direct created and shared social media posts are shared and your scheduled posts are not shared.

          If you log in again to WordPress, a heartbeat will be executed directly, which will send the data. Therefore, please do not limit heartbeats to make sure that your posts are shared automatically on your social media.

          Please enable the heartbeats to work like in the default WordPress installation so Blog2Social can work like intended.
