When I try and add my profile it says I have reached the maximum accounts for a free version yet I only have 1 page registered. Can I delete the FB cache or do something to allow me to add my FB profile?

Usually, you should be able to add both a Facebook profile and a Facebook page with the free version of Blog2Social. But as far as I understand, you currently only have a Facebook page connected, is that correct?
Could you please provide a screenshot of your “Networks” overview?
Is the latest version of Blog2Social installed on your website?
Please check this by clicking on “Plugins” -> “Installed Plugins”.
