I shared a couple of posts on Facebook, but they're not showing up on my Facebook page, even though the plugin says they're published. I can see only old published posts.

I'm logged in, and the posts published on my website, cocktailways.com, using the plugin, are not showing up on the https://www.facebook.com/cocktailways/ page.

Hi val ,
thanks for sharing the details and the screenshots. Glad to hear that connecting your Facebook page solved the issue for now. Facebook no longer allows automated posting to personal profiles via the API. For profiles, you can use the Instant Sharing option, which opens a share dialog for you to post manually. For Facebook pages, automated posting is still supported. However, the page access tokens can expire or become invalid (for example after password changes or security checks). The fb:app_id warning from the Debugger is just informational and not the reason why posts didn’t show up.
Best regards,

Hello,Originally posted by val View PostThe issue with some images not appearing occurred again. All of them were showing after I reconnected my profile and disabled the Hotlink. Not sure what is happening. All the pictures are shown on my site.

If your images aren’t showing up correctly on Facebook this usually happens because some of the metadata (like Open Graph tags) is missing or conflicting. Blog2Social simply shares your link, and Facebook pulls the preview details directly from your website’s source code.
Facebook looks for something called the “og:image” tag to create the link preview. To make sure it grabs the right image, here are a few quick tips:
-Use only one plugin to manage your metadata, so nothing overlaps or conflicts.
-Check your security settings, as some plugins, firewalls, or hotlink protection can prevent Facebook from accessing your content.
-Make sure your image meets Facebook’s size and format guidelines, so it displays properly.
I’ve attached a few helpful guides to walk you through the steps.
Why is my image not displayed in my social media posts?
What are open graph tags and what do I use them for?
Best regards
Benedikt
