    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

There can be various reasons for interrupted social media connections. If some of your authorizations expire, please be so kind as to refresh them in Blog2Social as shown in this guide.
Solution: Your authorization has expired. Please reconnect your account in the Blog2Social network settings.

If you keep facing this behavior, kindly answer these questions:
    1) Are you facing this on each of your websites or just on a specific one (since you’re using Blog2Social on three different ones)?
    2) Does your website meet the system requirements of Blog2Social?

    Best regards

    Benedikt

I just updated wordpress and there is no longer the possibility of adding a social network or connecting a page. On other sites it's the same thing. I had followed the guide just before.

see capture, the social networks part is empty

        Hello,

        Thanks for your reply.

May I ask if you are still seeing the empty “Networks” view?
Our host performed maintenance work, which caused this issue temporarily.

        Best regards

No it's okay, it's back to normal.

Coming back to the problem, I tried to manually publish an article and it gave me: Your authorization has expired. Please reconnect your account in the Blog2Social network settings.

I took a closer look at the settings on Facebook, I am the admin of the page and blog2social is activated, I don't understand. (see screenshots)

              Hello,

Thank you for the update. It’s great to see that Blog2Social has been granted the necessary rights to access your page.

The need to reconnect your account could occur for a few reasons:
              • Security Measures by Facebook: Facebook occasionally requires reauthorization for apps connected to your account as part of their security protocols.
              • Password Changes: If you recently changed your Facebook password, it automatically invalidates existing app connections, requiring them to be reauthorized.

To resolve this, simply follow the steps to reconnect your Facebook account in the Blog2Social network settings. If you encounter any further issues, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

              Best regards,
              Philippe

                  Hello,

Thank you for your message. To resolve the internal server error, please ensure the following:
                  1. IP Accessibility:
                    • Verify that your website can access Blog2Social’s IP (178.77.85.168) as well as Facebook’s IPs.
                  2. SEO Plugins or Firewalls:
                    • Check any SEO plugins or firewalls for blacklists or restrictions that might block accessibility to these IPs.

Once these settings are confirmed, please try again and let us know if the issue persists.

                  Best regards,
                  Philippe

I have checked and I have access to the blogtosocial and Facebook APIs
I did not find any restrictions that would block access to the IP

I also whitelisted the IP address but that doesn't change anything.
