    Hi,

    I accidentally posted this in someone else's thread. Starting it's own.

    I paid for a Business membership on Friday of last week. I got no confirmation, no password, no anything. I have used your reset function, but it never sent an email and yes, I checked SPAm, Junk, Deleted etc. NOTHING. I put in 3 separate support requests over 3 days. I got 2 response to a reset link. When you click on it you get an image.

    I have been attempting to get help all weekend, but evidently, you only work 9-5 in Germany. I thought maybe I would get a response on service ticket today as you are like 4 or 5 hours ahead of me.. but nope...

    I would just like access to my purchase and credited at least the delayed time since I have spent hours on this with no help or response on your end.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    When checking your Blog2Social account I noticed that you already have successfully activated your user with your Premium Business license key and that you did reset your password. Is that correct?
    How do I activate my license key?

    I also checked our email conversations and can assure you that we answered all of your emails within 24-48h. Is it possible that our emails went into your spam folder?
