Hi - The Excerpt in post templates is not working on Instagram or Facebook. (Have not checked others)

Would you please be so kind as to provide us with screenshots showing your post templates configuration in Blog2Social where you defined the excerpt variable to be used.
Please also attach a screenshot showing your WordPress post editor mask showing the inserted text of your excerpt added to your WordPress post.
Furthermore:
Do you currently work with multiple WordPress users/authors that publish content in your WordPress environment that should be shared on social media?
In case this applies it is important to mention that these WordPress users need to apply the same settings in the network post templates in Blog2Social as well. Since every user can configure most of the settings in Blog2Social individually.

I also have a problem on sharing [EXCERPT] - my text is always cut but the number of caracters is under 130?? And it's the same problem on all networks.

Did you try adjusting your post templates and increasing the character limit of your [EXCERPT] so it won’t cut off your text?
How to use post templates for social media posts?
