    Hello,

    I have a question regarding line breaks in the post content when sharing via Blog2Social.

    I found the following discussion in the Blog2Social community, which suggests that line breaks should be possible in some cases:
    Hello, when sharing a post containing line breaks, the line breaks are not shown in the preview window and are not part of the post on the target platform Is it sowmhow possisble to keep the linebreaks which are part of the original wordpress post? Thank you


    However, I am experiencing a different behavior with the following social networks.
    Issue description


    When using Blog2Social to share posts, line breaks in the content are not preserved for:
    • Google Business Profile
    • Threads

    Even though the original WordPress post and the Blog2Social preview contain line breaks, the published posts on these platforms appear as one continuous block of text, without any line breaks.
    What I am doing
    • I create or duplicate a post in WordPress.
    • I use Custom Sharing & Scheduling to customize the content for each social network.
    • The content includes intentional line breaks for readability.
    • I schedule or share the post via Blog2Social.

    Expected behavior


    I would expect the line breaks entered in the Blog2Social content editor to be reflected in the final post, or at least to be partially preserved, as discussed in the community thread.
    Question
    • Are line breaks officially supported for Google Business Profile and Threads?
    • If so, is there a specific formatting method required (e.g. double line breaks, special characters, or settings)?
    • Or are line breaks intentionally removed due to API limitations of these platforms?

    Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I have been unable to reproduce the issue regarding missing line breaks in several tests. The formatting worked correctly for both Google Business and Threads on my end.

    It is possible that this behavior is related to the WordPress editor you are using. Could you let me know which editor you have active?
    Additionally, I recommend checking that you are running the latest versions of both WordPress and Blog2Social on your website.

      Thank you for checking.

      I took a video capture for reference.
      I pasted the code from Notepad into WordPress' Gutenberg editor.

      Is there something wrong with the steps?​
